          Romantic Romp From the Executive Producer of 'Serendipity'
                           And 'Y Tu Mama Tambien'

    ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Starz Encore's Love Stories
channel will get pulses racing with the world premiere of the romantic comedy
"I'm With Lucy" on November 3, at 8 p.m. ET/PT (with subsequent plays
throughout the month).  The film comes from Executive Producer Amy Kaufman who
brought two very different types of romantic films to theaters last fall, the
provocative "Y Tu Mama Tambien" and the warm comedy "Serendipity."
    "I'm With Lucy" is based on the ageless romantic fantasy of every woman
that she will one day find her Prince Charming.  The story revolves around
Lucy (Monica Potter -- "Head Over Heels," "Patch Adams," "Along Came A
Spider," "Con Air"), a romantically challenged twenty-something woman, who is
struggling to make sense of her life and loves.  Recently dumped by the man
she thought was her perfect mate, she hurtles headlong into a disastrous
series of blind dates only to learn that Mr. Perfect is not always Mr. Right,
and Mr. Right is not always perfect.  Frustrated by her seeming inability to
find the ideal man, Lucy doesn't realize until it's almost too late that she's
already found her true love.
    The film stars an impressive cast highlighted by Academy Award(R) winner
Julie Christie ("McCabe & Mrs. Miller"), two-time Golden Globe nominee
Henry Thomas ("Gangs of New York," "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial"), 2002 Emmy(R)
winner for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series Anthony LaPaglia
("Frasier," "The Guys," "Analyze That"), John Hannah ("mds," "The Mummy
Returns," "The Mummy"), Harold Ramis ("Stripes," "Ghostbusters"), and
heartthrobs Gael Garcia Bernal ("Y Tu Mama Tambien," "Fidel") and David
Boreanaz ("Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "Aspen Extreme").
    The film was directed by Jon Sherman ("Breathing Room") with first-time
screenwriter Eric Pomerance penning the story.  Kaufman ("Serendipity," "Y Tu
Mama Tambien") executive produced, with Fabien Liron ("Me Myself I") and Tim
Perell ("World Traveler," "The Opportunists") acting as producers.  "I'm With
